Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Zepcart.in and its services, operated by Scorecare Solutions OPC Private Limited. By using the platform you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indian law to use the platform.

2. Account & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Provide accurate, current and complete information at all times.

3. Marketplace Role

Zepcart.in is an online marketplace facilitating transactions between independent buyers and sellers. Contracts of sale are formed directly between the buyer and the seller. Zepcart is not a party to that contract and is not the seller of listed products unless expressly stated.

4. Pricing, Availability & Errors

Prices and availability are provided by sellers and may change without notice. In case of pricing or description errors, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders.

5. Payments

Payments are processed via approved payment gateways such as Razorpay, CCAvenue and Cashfree. EMI facilities are offered by these gateways and their lending partners.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to (a) violate any law or third-party right, (b) upload harmful or infringing content, (c) attempt to breach security or interfere with the platform, (d) use the platform for fraud, money laundering or resale in violation of seller terms.

7. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, chargeback abuse, repeated returns without cause, or violation of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zepcart's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the platform shall not exceed the value of the transaction giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Dhemaji, Assam shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer-protection statutes.

10. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
