Buyers must provide correct name, phone number, email address and delivery address at checkout. Zepcart is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect details.

2. Lawful Use

Purchases must be for personal use or lawful business purposes. Bulk buying for unauthorized resale may be restricted.

3. Payment Obligations

Buyers agree to pay the total order value including product price, applicable taxes, shipping and any convenience fees.

4. Returns

Buyers must follow the return procedure described in our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy. Repeated returns without valid reason may lead to account restrictions.

5. Abuse & Fraud

Fraudulent chargebacks, fake claims, abusive behavior towards support staff or delivery partners, and misuse of coupons may lead to account suspension and appropriate legal action.
