The following categories of products are strictly prohibited on Zepcart.in. Listings that violate this policy will be removed and the seller's account may be suspended or terminated.

Prohibited Categories

• Illegal or restricted goods under Indian law.
• Counterfeit, replica or unauthorized branded products.
• Weapons, ammunition, explosives and related accessories.
• Narcotics, psychotropic substances and drug paraphernalia.
• Alcohol, tobacco and e-cigarette products (unless permitted with a valid licence).
• Human organs, blood, tissues and related biomedical items.
• Live animals, endangered species and products derived from them.
• Hazardous, radioactive, corrosive or flammable chemicals.
• Currency, coins, stamps and financial instruments.
• Obscene, defamatory or content-restricted material.
• Prescription drugs sold without a valid prescription and licence.
• Products that infringe third-party intellectual-property rights.
• Items recalled by the manufacturer or authorities.

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that their listings comply with all applicable central, state and local laws.
