Shipping Policy

Delivery timelines on Zepcart.in vary by seller, product category, destination pincode and courier availability. An estimated delivery date is displayed on the product page and at checkout before you place the order.

1. Delivery Timelines

• Metros & Tier-1 cities: typically 2–5 business days.
• Tier-2 & Tier-3 cities: typically 4–7 business days.
• Remote areas, North-East and island regions: 5–10 business days.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping is free on eligible orders; otherwise a nominal fee is calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination. Cash on Delivery orders may attract an additional convenience fee.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched you will receive tracking details on your registered email and phone number. You can also track orders from My Account → Orders.

4. Undeliverable Orders

If the courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts due to incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient or refusal to accept, the order will be returned and the refund processed after deducting applicable logistics charges.

5. International Shipping

Zepcart.in currently delivers only within India.
