1. Restrictions

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, modify or distribute any material from the platform for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the rights owner.

2. Reporting Infringement

If you believe any content on the platform infringes your intellectual-property rights, please write to ip@zepcart.in with (a) proof of ownership, (b) URLs of the infringing listings, and (c) contact details. We will investigate and take appropriate action, including takedown, in accordance with law.

3. User Content

By submitting reviews, images, questions or other content to the platform, you grant Zepcart a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and distribute that content in connection with the operation of the platform.
